Utility Billing Changes

Change in Billing Procedures – Effective July 1, 2018

  • Accounts starting with 20 will be billed in July for 2 months of water usage and 1 month of advance garbage.
  • Accounts starting with 30 will be billed in August for 2 months of water usage and 1 month of advance garbage.

The following items should be noted:

  • Residents are billed bi-monthly for water, sewer, and garbage (where applicable)
  • Payment is due 21 days after the bill date
  • Penalties will be assessed one day after the due date
  • Delinquent and shut-off procedures will begin nine days after the due date, with shutoffs starting 14 days after the due date
