As part of the transition to our upgraded water meter system, we are offering a brand new customer portal that is seamlessly integrated with the software that new system is built on. Beacon’s Eye on Water will give you full access to data on your water consumption and provide you with vital tools to monitor and manage your water use. You will be able to use your computer or smartphone app to receive leak alerts, view usage trends, and more!
The first and most important step in preparing for access to Eye on Water is to have your Meter Transmitting Unit upgraded to a brand new Endpoint. If you have not yet completed this upgrade through our third-party contractors, HBK Water Meter Service, please reach out to them right away at 847-202-4389 or via online scheduling to make your appointment. This is a mandatory upgrade for all Brookfield water customers.
Once your new Endpoint has been installed please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your account and then you’re ready to enroll! Just make sure you have your account number handy and visit www.eyeonwater.com to get started.
