Utility Customer Portal

Thank you to everyone who has made use of the MyWater Brookfield customer portal over the last several years. As of July 25, 2022, this service will no longer be available.

As part of the transition to our upgraded water meter system, we will be offering a brand new customer portal that is seamlessly integrated with the software that new system is built on. Beacon’s Eye on Water will give you full access to data on your water consumption and provide you with vital tools to monitor and manage your water use. You will be able to use your computer or smartphone app to receive leak alerts, view usage trends, and more!

We are excited to unveil this new option very soon. The first and most important step in preparing for access to Eye on Water is to have your Meter Transmitting Unit upgraded. Watch for your letter with instructions to schedule an appointment with HBK.
