Chamber, Village Welcome New Downtown Business

The Brookfield Chamber of Commerce will formally welcome Alphabet Learning Center on Saturday, December 9 with a ribbon cutting ceremony set for 2:00 P.M.  The Village joins the Chamber in welcoming another business to the downtown area, in addition to Fiesta Margarita (September), Strive 4 Fitness (November) and Little Owl (coming in January).   The small business will have a not-so-small impact on the downtown, with 63 families/clients sending their kids to the learning center for day care and after school enrichment programs.  14 jobs are being created by the business owners, including 11 full- and 3 part-time positions.  (Statistics are courtesy of Alphabet Learning Center staff.)  The 63 families and 14 employees will also add to the mix of patrons going to downtown businesses and restaurants.

Alphabet Learning Center will be located at 3726 Grand Boulevard, just south of Paisans Pizzeria.
