Groot will take discarded Christmas trees through mid-January. Please remove all decorations before discarding. Place the discarded tree next to your regular garbage.

The Recreation Department will begin taking picnic reservations on the evening of January 9th for Brookfield residents,businesses and not for profits. Non-residents may register after March 1st. Doors open at 6:45 pm, registration begins at 7:00 pm.

The Village Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday November 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. There will be no garbage, recycling or yard waste pick up on Thursday. If Thursday is your normal pick up day, Groot will be picking it up on Friday, November 25th.
